Texas | I have had a good week with lots of work to keep me busy. Smaller portions, no sugary drinks, and this NAT "Weigh In" have been the key to my weight loss since I don't get regular exercise as I should. It is stunning how effective being accountable each week is at keeping me on track. Losing the weight is the progress that I need to enable more exercise. I am trying to move more and have found it is much easier than it was. I was down another 4.4 pounds this week, making me feel lighter on my feet than I have felt in a very long time.
I couldn't find anything to wear to church this morning that fit. I don't care as I will buy nice clothes when I have reached my goal. My dress belt is useless and I have to depend on constantly pulling my pants up to function. It's all rather funny how stupid I look in my baggy clothes. Yeah! |
