Mike, you are showing all of us how to keep the weight off once you get to a reasonable weight. I mean, it is not like you need to loose weight. You are at a good for you weight. You stick with a good program and you stay very active so when you do have some extra foods that you normally don't eat, it doesn't hurt you. You are such a good example.
