Look at design homes out of Wisconsin I believe
They have a sales office in the
Omaha area. They build modular
Homes (not mobile). A modest
2 bedroom can be had for less
Than $80k. Basements run $10 to
$20 a square foot. You can get
Some inexpensive garages from
these carport companies. The
Next step up, a reasonable source
I have found is clearty buildings.
