Dearfield Co.
I don't know where or if you are in NE but there are some hot areas that things don't last and it seems prices are over revved to use your term. But if you want to buy you will either pay or continue to pay over priced rent. I don't know why you wouldn't want a lease due to it would protect you legally in these times of landlord garbage. If this so called recovery continues the price per sq ft will just keep rising as long as the market allows it. I notice that Omaha is listed in a article I read that says good average salary and decent cost so things should be tight there. Council bluffs across the river is 20k lower salary wise so housing should be cheap. I know stuff like that doesnt make a difference if you are at a job that requires Sarpy Co residence
