| Need to 'purchase ' a new to me house,,,cheaper the better as long as it is liveable(small okay) with a large enough lot, space, to build a 2 to 4 car garage.
A house that needs torn down is 30-50K and darn few to choose from up to 150K..Very little to none rental houses that give more time for this,,,but most require leases and then we are back to square one.
The perfect house would be one that needs three of everything and is priced accordingly. Built in the 80's and later a plus since no lath,3 wire wire,no lead paint issues. WITH a double garage that might be pushed longer
I hate when houses come on the market 50% over valued,,,and 3 days later are gone. Over priced houses are the pitts. | |
