I'd be fighting those tickets. If your hauling equipment directly involved in production agriculture my understanding and several dot officers I know say your exempt. Now that's if you can still abide by normal traffic laws. Such as being 15 ft or less and being 13 6 in height. State roads you are exempt. this is just my opinion had experience
