All ag is exempt. on interstates in the state of indiana during day light hours. That is if it's being hauled.
That is totally wrong, We are not exempt from anything on the interstate in indiana, weight or width for ag. All other roads we are. I've gotten a over width ticket on the interstate,and I know plenty that have gotten over weight tickets on I 69. I only live a mile off of it and we use it a lot, if possible. |
