I farmed through the 80's. I have seen several land sales lately.There is nothing to suggest that the average price of land is off by a 1/3. Interest rates are extremely low. There is more irrigation in dry areas and crop insurance for everyone else. This ain't the 80's. BTW, land brings $4-6K here.
