You guys are all taking it the wrong way, the banker didn't tell them what to plant , the banker probably said im giving you this much and the only thing that works is soys. Think about it. The other thing is you guys talk big and say Id find a different banker if it was me, Im betting only 1 out of 8 of you big talkers would look elsewhere.
Thank you, things are more complicated this year than I can remember??? Always could depend on $2 corn many years ago, now it's a half off sale! Posted this earlier than the dark days of 1987 when corn got to $1.56 that corn today would be worth $3.21. How much buying power have you lost since then? About $200 gross per acre here back then vs. $700 now counting yield increases. |
