If it is more then go back to your boss and see if they could match it or come a little closer. Tell them you want to stay but you don't think your receiving a fair wage. Understand you might have to change jobs.
The other item would be is how many workers are available in the workforce for your position? If their few and far between then I would think you would be worth more. If the job force is plentiful then you may not get as much. |
