KS and NE in eastern 3rd | Didn't read other thread, but I'd say you need to be getting raises equal to inflation. Now if you are more efficient, require less management and reliable then you have reason to ask for a little more than inflation. In your line of work you are probably rated as acceptable or not acceptable. What I mean is that as a custom operator as long as your not tearing up fields or equipment then you're just as valuable to the company as the guy who has 30 years worth of experience because in their eyes you both are making them the same amount of return on their investment. | |
