First you mention "asking" for compensation. Hey, ask for the sun and settle for the moon, It never hurts to ask.
In today's job market if you're going to expect or demand a raise as you later state, that should have been discussed at your point of hiring. Demanding it now, just might mean you can expect to be working for a new employer this time next year. | |
