West of Broken Bow | Thanks, I tried APS first. Was hoping that would get somewhere.
It is true, I don't know what the new will says. But, the way these people tricked and lied to her in order to gain her trust and make her think they truly cared about her is exploitation. Her money is now gone and now they want her house and land, since they took everything else of value. If they somehow manage to find a way to sell it and get the cash, it's going to cause problems for the friend's ability to stay in an assisted living center. The latter is what I didn't feel like trying to explain.
