You have a 94 year old lady friend in an assisted living center and you're worried about what HER family does with Her money and possessions? If her niece has power of attorney why are you getting involved in this familys business? I think you should let the pros handle this and quit worrying about this ladys money and house and land. The family and the state will take care of her estate just fine. | |
