Dearfield Co. | I wouldn't really say this without seeing the will and legal documents as you don't know what it says and what rights the niece has-----------------------If it has a provision in it for gifting the niece can exercise that option. We all know it isn't right what is going on but if the niece has permission due to the trust or will then not much can be done. I would say the nieces mom would hold a slight key to the happenings here.
People go to jail when they don't act legally in elder finical abuse-------instance would be forgery and not having the capacity to be doing what they are doing. A will or trust is a legal document it would need interpreted before it can be determined if this is illegal | |
