NW Washington | Just a guess, but it looks like some of the elements of your antenna are missing or bent, they are all critical for good reception. Maybe a new antenna would help and it needs to be pointed in the right direction too. The TV signal is "line of sight" so it needs to be high and pointed at the transmitter.
