North Mo. | Yes I have quite a few of the Obriens the handle or rather the swivel part came off. Doesn't not mean you can not use it, your hand becomes the swivel. I do not see how the Gallagher is much if any heavier built, like I said I have one sitting in the shop. Son has a non geared O brien it too is slow as the 7 year itch. If I remember right my Gallagher is crack also, but we or rather me is hard on stuff. That is my number 1 problem with all of them is the reel needs to be light for use but strong for us overzealous users. | |
