Texas | I am down 5 pounds this week. That makes a total of 12 pounds for the past two weeks and 13.8 pounds for the past 14 days. I used the Nutri-System diet for the first 10 days and have been creating my own menu the last four days. The weight keeps coming off but is slowing a little bit. The box diet was easier but too expensive for a long term plan, so I'm experimenting with food items that I can survive on!
I have been walking some and need to increase that activity as much as I can. Dress pants this morning fit better than they have for a long time. Thank you so much for the encouragement. |
