| Welcome to the group Dutch. I am so sorry about all the stress in your life and now your FIL being diagnosed with cancer. Stress can just ruin good eating plans. We all tend to use food for comfort. Do you have someone in your life (sorry, I can't keep track of who all is married or not) that you can sit with and talk through your emotions? Try to turn to a friend instead of food. Not easy I know. But you made the step and joined us. I hope we can help you. Good luck. | |
