Last week I reported 3 pounds lost. It was actually closer to 6-8 pounds, my diet coach had me loosing 8 pounds, I weighed after drinking a lot of water.
So, I started 1/14/2015 at 312 and 1/25/2015 I stepped on the scale at 299
