Walnut Grove MN USA | Just brewed up my first all grain batch Sunday. Don't know how your beer is going to turn out but you got nothing to lose by letting it go. My latest batch blew the top of the fermenter and made a mess. Keep your bottles somewhere that won't do any damage if they blow, like a dark pail or something. My experience is that they need more bottle time then the instructions say, like double. On a side note for a little brew day treat dip a little wort out of the boil pot just before it starts to boil and before any hops are added. Mix that with some spiced rum and enjoy hot.
