Subject: RE: any home brewers on here?

High Springs, Florida

Cut back on my brewing quite a bit. I have a 15 gallon SS keg with a 5500 watt water heater element for heating strike water and boiling wort. Does 11 gallon batches with ease. Works great, and don't have to worry about running out of propane. I use a Coleman Extreme for my mash tun, and a glass carboy for a fermentation vessel. I keg all mine in corny kegs, and have a converted apartment fridge for a kegerator. There is a nice brewing supply house in Gainesville that has everything you could want for all grain and extract brewing.

My favorite's to brew are wheat biers and hefe's. Used to do some lagers when I lived up in Ohio, and had a walk in cooler in the farm market.
