N FLA | Yongfarmer. Would anybody give some guidance on what the dairyman is selling from the price list above? Example. You said your cows were @ 40#. Is that 40 of the class 1 or 3 or what? You compared to a conventional or whatever we call it. If they are at 70# is it basically the same category or class as your milk? Or is there some dilution in higher production that knocks it down a class? I've always been confused by milk prices. And know its regional also. | |
