It varies according to what size tip you are using. I'd highly recommend picking up a Victor tip chart or something equivalent. #1 and #2 tips are pretty common for general purpose use. I usually try to keep sizes from #00 - #3 with the torch. 3 - 5 psi for acetylene and 35- 45 psi for oxygen are decent starting points, but like I said, it varies by tip size and performance is affected greatly by these settings. NEVER go above 15 with acetylene, and I wouldn't see much need to get anywhere near that. Good tip cleaner is your friend.
