North Dakota | In my younger years I would have at least one round of the real flu every year. Body aches, runny nose coughing and all the rest. When the flu shot started I got them every year. I took a flu shot for the last 15 years, didn't have a severe case of the flu all those years. I skipped it this year, too lazy, procrastination whatever. Guess what last week the body aches started and I knew right away what it was. Spent the last week with my bottle of codeine and Advil, coughing so hard my chest hurts just thinking about it. Soon as this clears up I'll get the shot, then I'll make sure to get one on schedule next fall. | |
