I actually find the opposite. The Canada common number 1 seed that most farmers keeping back yields as well or better than certified. ( once you have a germ and have cleaned the seed it is no longer bin run seed. It now has a germination and purity so it now can be class as number 1 common seed)
Can anyone tell me why certified wheat seed always seems to yield better?
