Troy I believe works for the Madison county soil and water. He travels around putting on workshops and is part of pasture walks. I've seen him about 4 times. He has a website http://thegrasswhisperer.com from what I get the pasture walk is in the deansboro area. Looks to be south of Clinton witch is south of Utica.
