the cell modem in the tractor uses the cell tower to access the Internet and talk to the cors network. Cors Accuracy is based on cell signal. When cell signal fails you don't get the data packets that update the correction. All the same as getting mobile internet on your phone.
Need RTK unlocked receiver, Proper modem to interface with it and a cell data subscription.
