It's definitely worth it, they get almost the same in the supermarket just for hamburger, figure in the $8-12/ lb they charge for the steaks and roasts and you are way ahead. My wife won't even buy beef in the store anymore, she likes that the steer comes from down the road and she knows it is treated well. | |
