We are picking our beef up tomorrow. Hanging weight was 662 lbs. It was an 1140 lb steer to start with. Kill charge was $100 and processing was $559. All in all, we came out paying about $3.70/lb with the cost of feed and all (including vacuum seal packaging). I thought we did pretty well.
