Requiring inspections caught a lot of dangerous situations and made people do it right the first time.
I think bylaws require an inspection from municipality building inspector now.
Those who have hauled wood and run a stove for a few years understand the risks better than a new operator but there are still some who never seem to learn and will hang stuff way too close to a stove. | |
