Oh good lord don't get me started. Separator drive shaft ujoint on 9500 combine went out on front of the shaft. Got replacement yoke and crosses from Deere. Still bleeding from that transaction but I digress... Before we left the store they mentioned a tech point that WE HAVE TO GRIND THE CAPS DOWN TILLTHE CROSSES FIT IN THE NEW YOKE AND IN OUR EXISTING DRIVESHAFT!!! They can't get proper parts, charge incredible prices for this junk and it took 3 times as long to make this repair because we had to hand fit everything! Just crap.

Anyone from Deere care to defend themselves????

Anyone else have issues like this???

Oh yeah, the damn crosses didn't have the proper retaining brackets nor the proper size screws to fit in the new yoke. They made me buy the proper screws, could not supply the brackets (got a shrug and sorry) so we ended up at an awesome truck shop to get the rest of what we needed. Sure not the Deere products we used to know.
