Does the bottom black line make a good target though?

Hi Maydel,
For me if the energy is not available here to stick a major pivot, we will likely trade back to the buyers. To me this formation is the price action between a B and C pivots and is commonly found on the first controlling swing bring made upon the breaking of a downtrend.
