What is your mineral program for the cows ? What diet is ypur cows on also? What breed?
If you have a heavy milk producing breed being fed a good ration of feed they could be getting to much milk and not enough fiber . Or the amune system is inadequate on the calf because of a lack of minerals in the colostrum.
