More potassium in a potato, than a banana! (620MG vs 400MG)

Gatorade has 45MG potassium, and 160MG sodium per 12 oz. serving. 

I have taken quinine water for leg cramps, and it seems to work for me. 

I have also heard that drinking juice out of a pickle jar helps too.
