While I was sleeping, I get woken up by my dad. He is having another thigh cramp that wakes the neighbors. My mother comes and gives him something but that takes 5 minutes to work, and he is stuck screaming in pain. How do these leg cramps get so bad and how can I do anything to help them never to happen?
