I think you're right on big reductions on forage acres and cow numbers, but I'm afraid this time around we are going to lose our present marketing structure and the processors are going to change big time. Out side of big monthly or bi-monthly feeder cattle runs of commingled cattle at very regional barns, the smaller guys running under 100 cows are going to be discounted so badly by buyers they just get sick of it and quit. The numbers interested in livestock outside of showing are very few in the coming generations, too much work, when you could be working in town or farming the government and crop insurance a couple weeks every year. Just my thoughts.
