Before many peoples time but........
Those out door facilities had to be cleaned out..........by hand.
i do not know of any services that did the job although maybe urban areas had some body to do it and dispose of !!it.
My dad said they would just dig a new hole and move the out house over it. Then cover the old place with the new dirt. |
