Don't know what you're looking for exactly but there's a great team of agronomists always looking to add more to their business located in the Kentucky, Tennessee, and Missouri area. They are very progressive and many, many farmers here make use of them. Don't know where in Arkansas you're looking but this could be a viable option for you. I came across it as I was job searching last night. Seems we are in the same market.
