Bill Moyer - 9/15/2014 16: Figure it isn't much different than some of the old cold remedies that had 80% alcohol (Terpenhydrate comes to mind). I have an amish neighbor who as a kid I always saw tugging on a Vick's 44D bottle at the barbershop. The strange thing is.......I never ever saw him cough. So it must be good stuff!! LOL Took me a few years to put 2 & 2 together on that one.....
