South cental Ohio | I'm not sure bit I suspect my English mastiff's front foot has been run over by a car. He's 3 years old and about 200#. His right front foot is badly swollen. Just his paw like his toes were mashed. No signs of cuts or a splinter and I don't think its a bee sting. Anyway, should I try to chill it? I hate seeing him limping around and I'd like to do something for him. Nothing looks broke its just swelled to the point where he might lick or rub an opening in it. Sorry I can't explain better and thanks for any ideas. I don't really want a trip to the vet because they rarely do anything for this type of injury | |
