| Those are very high intakes, that ration should come out to a minimum of a .66 NEG putting the distillers and syrup at 110% value of corn or .77 NEG, bunk samples always come back lower on NEG, so implants could make some difference, but I believe that group of cattle should be closer to 3.5 adg, also might want to look into wet gluten with syrup or mod distillers together, sometimes things don't add up the way you want. Were you thinking they should have done a little better. | |
