Bubble balancer wont tell you if its the inside of the rim that needs weight of outside that needs the weight.Spin balancer will.
I had my combine rotor balanced.. I stood and watch that big thing lay and spin on their test stands. They balanced it at different intervals all the way up to 2100 rpms. It moves a LOT of air at that speed.
Any where to balance large fans on a dryer?
