Why are you getting so butt hurt about garvos neighbor negotiating his rent down?

Your definition of ducks in a row is different then mine. He does obviously have some ability to renegotiate rents and I would bet he is probably a straight shooter and has earned a reputation of being fair or it wouldn't happen. My bad. Most of us have had those people who go door to door trying to rent land and in the process jack your rents and every one in the neighbor hood and somehow I don't feel any compassion for those J.A. what so ever. Jealousy has nothing to do with it. |
