It sounds to me like you have a want and not a need-
your need is concrete your want is a mfwd tractor
you do not need a mfwd tractor if you have concrete-your concrete will have no repairs after you put it down-it will pay divdends year in year out-enough that someday you will be able to buy a low hour tractor
