central Iowa | Pretend it's your bull and think what you'd wish for. Call the coops, vets etc. for more names. Jeez, I had a couple
feeder calves in my pasture one time, had no idea whose they could be. After a few days a couple young guys
come by asking if I've seen them. I said yea, let me bring the cows up in a day or so and I'll bring them over.
Their dad was pleased to get them, and asked what he owed me- said nothing, but he wrote a $100 check and
would not let me leave without it. | |
