California/Oregon | FWIW I understand the parts counter dilemma and a walk in customer having priority. I guess my main complaint is not that they can't take my call, it's that they never call back. It would seem if I leave a call back number then sometime in the next couple of hours someone would have an opening to call back. Also I almost always use the NH website to get part numbers first. I have always been respectful to the lady on the phone and counter people. But respect goes both ways. They should respect me enough to call me back. | |
