California/Oregon | Just venting. Had to get some parts for the New Holland swather so instead of driving 35 miles to see if they have them I called with part number in hand. The lady says they're all busy...leave my number they will call back. Pfff*@(#)(@*! was on my lips but I was polite. 3 hours and they haven't called back and 2 more calls from me and they are still busy. Now, I know they get busy and I don't mind leaving my number but it would seem in 3 hours they would have a chance to call. This is not an anomaly...it happens ALL the time.
Guess I'll drive on up.
I feel a little better now, but I'm not sure how polite I'm gonna be the next time I call. | |
