I have almost all my eq. from the 80's. IH. Switched to 15/40 years ago and everything runs great. The 5288 has almost 7000 hrs and uses a little. The 1460 has around 4500 and also uses some but not bad. Those two have not been apart except for the 5288 head. Has worked for me. I do change mine once a year, the combine around 200 hrs, the 5288 around 100.
