NC KS | I realized a long time ago that you need to physically look at custom jobs. I might be thinking of a nice flat 80 client has and how easy that would be to do. Potential client is thinking of a continental divide with grand canyon through the middle of it with badger holes everywhere. To top that off, I would probably quote some low per acre or per bale rate when it should be per hour at a high rate. It takes some of the profit to go and look at it before saying yes or quoting a rate but it is very necessary.
We haven't been asked to loan much equipment. We have borrowed a few items. I am always concerned a wheel will fall off, tire get ruined or something bigger happen.
If these people are taking advantage of you because you are a lady, I hope they get their just reward and soon! There is no excuse for that.
